Artist's Comments

One again, I use Photoshop the hide how much my scanner emphasises the "white bits" in my pencil colouring. x.x

EDIT: Adjusted some things, it's a little lighter now.

Metia has gone through a design change related to his ears. Because I used those ears on the Rimanats I needed to change his race's ears - the Nuish.

But now I can change it back. I prefer Metia this way. I love the ears. :D

His weapon really didn't turn out the way I liked... x<

EDIT2: BEGONE BLUR

Whoa, I really like the soft coloring here. He actually looks like he's got fur - how'd you do that? I'd really like to learn how to make a fur texture..

...oh man I was thinking "GOOD GRIEF YOU CHANGED HIS DESIGN AGAIN!?" but then I realized it wasn't the same character, eheh. XD;

He looks really nice this way. :o I like the ears, murhur.

When creating shaded areas, I make the edges between dark and light shading jaggared. As can be clearly seen with his blue marks.

However it might be influenced by Photoshop work, layering blurred or Filter-effect layers on top of each other and blending them together.
I find that the white specks that remain from colouring with pencil are so much more obvious when scanned. X<
This is why I wanted Prismacolor markers.... but they won't bring them over here. :<

There is no singularity.
All is one and one is all.
The True Self is everything.
